The cross lapper machine function:Cross lapping the web after carding machine,then feed to the next process.Suitable for needle punching line,oven production line.
Main working principle of this machine:the fiber net being carded is fed into non-slip lattce and then delivered to the part between dual-nip-type symmetrical circular lattices;fiber nets are then evenly spread on bottom lattice by actuating motor in form of alternating motion and then delivered by electric lifting lattice to the device of next process.
